Description
This refrigerated air dryer quickly removes moisture to deliver compressed air that is almost completely dry, extending compressor life and reducing downtime for both the system and pneumatic tools. It helps lower maintenance costs and time while ensuring optimal air quality and energy-efficient performance.
This dryer is equipped with a patented stainless steel heat exchanger, offering improved corrosion resistance and a longer service life. It also contains a constant pressure regulator that allows dew point adjustments. The integrated automatic condensate drain is programmable and has a manual shut-off valve for maintenance. The fins are made in anodised aluminum, which increases their corrosion resistance and facilitates cleaning.
It maintains a 3 °C dew point, ideal for applications such as manufacturing plants, general machine shops, pneumatic tools and cylinders, packaging operations, and standard automated systems.

Warranty
R1: 1 Year Repair
The repair warranty (R) means that the product or parts of the product will be repaired or refurbished. The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover installation and/or removal costs incurred by the customer nor shipping costs.
Failure to comply with the technical specifications, failure to follow the guidelines in the installation guide and/or the technical sheet, inappropriate or excessive tightening, misuse and/or abuse, failure to comply with the maintenance guidelines, normal wear, contamination and/or corrosion, neglect/accident, unauthorized repair attempt and/or disassembly, alteration of the product, assembly with incompatible products.
If the product contains one or several parts with a 1-month limited warranty (GL), these parts will be excluded from the 1-year warranty (R1).
The base warranty for a refrigerant air dryer is 1 year (R1). Use of a recommended TOPDRY Series 53 compressed air filter (purchased and installed simultaneously with the refrigerant air dryer) extends the refrigerant air dryer warranty to 2 years (R2).
