This refrigerated air dryer is designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It quickly removes moisture to deliver compressed air that is almost completely dry, extending compressor life and reducing downtime for both the system and pneumatic tools. The dryer's Internal components are standard, well-known, and easy to procure. The refrigeration circuit is open (non-hermetic) with Schrader valves to facilitate mantenance, reparation and refilling.

This dryer is equipped with a patented stainless steel heat exchanger, offering improved corrosion resistance and a longer service life. It also contains a constant pressure regulator that allows dew point adjustments. The integrated automatic condensate drain is programmable and has a manual shut-off valve for maintenance. The fins are made in anodised aluminum, which increases their corrosion resistance and facilitates cleaning.

It maintains a 3 °C dew point, ideal for applications such as manufacturing plants, general machine shops, pneumatic tools and cylinders, packaging operations, and standard automated systems.
