80 mm Aluminum Ball Valve for Compact Connection S08

Product #:08.962.08

    Description

This ball valve with integrated fittings features an aluminum compact connection fitting and installs on an ASME-DIN universal saddle or flange.

The compact connection fitting is specially designed for pipe assembly in the compressor room, where every inch matters. Its smart design allows for multiple configurations by connecting directly to another fitting. This optimizes available space while ensuring a clean and organized installation. It is perfect for quick and practical assembly near the compressor. Its compatibility with a standard ANSI flange makes it easy to connect directly to a compressor, dryer, or existing piping system. This type of fitting is an ideal solution for compact, efficient, and scalable installations.

The aluminum ball valve isolates sections of the compressed air piping system to safely perform maintenance operations. It is a quick and reliable solution for controlling airflow. Its simple operation allows efficient handling while ensuring system safety and flexibility. It requires no maintenance.

    More Information

We strongly advise the use of FKM (fluoroelastomer) seals for aluminum fittings inside the compressor room. The use of standard NBR seals in these environments might cause premature degradation, leaks and system outages. Installation of TOPRING S08 compressed air piping system must be made according to the assembly instructions as indicated in the installation guide. Carefully read the design and installation guides prior proceeding.
