Description
This FRL unit (filter, regulator and lubricator) for compressed air combines a 5-micron filter, a diaphragm regulator, a lubricator and a shut-off valve, providing a complete and compact assembly to improve air quality at the point of use. It filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air to protect pneumatic tools and optimize their performance.
The filter effectively removes particles, while the diaphragm regulator ensures stable and accurate pressure. The automatic drain provides autonomous condensate removal, and the push-pull adjustment knob allows simple and safe pressure setting. The lubricator supplies a constant amount of oil to extend tool life.
The included shut-off valve provides positive isolation of the air supply and downstream exhaust for safe depressurization. It can be locked in the closed position, offering additional control during maintenance or lockout procedures.
Its modular design allows easy in-line installation or integration into a complete air treatment system. A pressure gauge is included for immediate visual pressure monitoring.

R5: 5 Year Repair
The repair warranty (R) means that the product or parts of the product will be repaired or refurbished. The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover installation and/or removal costs incurred by the customer nor shipping costs.
Failure to comply with the technical specifications, failure to follow the guidelines in the installation guide and/or the technical sheet, inappropriate or excessive tightening, misuse and/or abuse, failure to comply with the maintenance guidelines, normal wear, contamination and/or corrosion, neglect/accident, unauthorized repair attempt and/or disassembly, alteration of the product, assembly with incompatible products.
If the product contains one or several parts with a 1-month limited warranty (GL), these parts will be excluded from the 5-year warranty (R5).
