• Cv: 0.64
• Port size: 1/4 (F) NPT
• 5 Ways / 3 Positions
• Type: Double solenoid / Closed center
• Voltage : 220 VAC
• Manual Override: Push-Button
• Voltage Fluctuation: ±10%
• Response Time: = 35 ms
• Maximum Cycles/Minute: 180
• Working Pressure: 29 to 145 PSI
• Working Temperature: 5 to 60 °C
Material(s):
• Body, End Caps, and Manifold: Anodized Aluminum
• Seals: Oil resistant Rubber lip gaskets
• Spool: Aluminum
• Other Internal Parts: Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminum
• Solenoid manual override button shifts the valve without electrical power
• Standard connector (DIN type)
• Electrical coil can be turned 360° in 90° increments to accommodate most installation requirements
• OPTIMA air control valves offer high flow performance and reliability
• Compact size
• High flow
• Quick response
• Highly reliable spool technology
• 3 and 5 WAYS, 2 and 3 positions
• Designed for in-line or bar manifolding
• A “maintained” electrical signal shifts the single solenoid valve. When the signal is removed, the valve returns to its normal positions These valves can be used to provide pilot signals for larger valves
HOW IT WORKS
A “momentary” electrical signal applied to one of the solenoids shifts the double solenoid valve
The valve remains in this position until a “momentary” signal is applied to the other solenoid
A “maintained” electrical signal applied alternately to the solenoids shifts the 3 position double solenoid valve
When the signal isremoved, springs return the valve to its center position
