• Maximum Working Pressure: 200 PSI
• Purge Rate: 16 SCFM at 100 PSI
• Ambient Temperature Range: 35 to 165 °F (3 to 75 °C)
• Maximum Fluid Temperature: 165 °F (75 °C)
• Adjustable Cycle Time: 1 to 60 minutes
• Adjustable Drain Time: 1 to 30 seconds
• Voltage: 115 V / 1 ph / 60 Hz, .25 amps
• NEMA Rating: NEMA 1
• Weight: 1.5 lb
• Automatically drains filters, tanks, drain legs, aftercoolers, and receivers
• A solenoid, controlled by a solid state timer, opens and closes the drain valve in 1 to 60 minute cycle times and 1 to 30 second blow-down times. Both times are individually adjustable
• Manual override switch with indicator light
• Heavy-duty construction
• Rust and corrosion-proof molded Plastic enclosure
• Spring-loaded softseat solenoid which eliminates valve noise and assures leak-proof shut off
• 6' heavy-duty grounded power plug
INSTALLATION TIP
It is strongly recommended to always install a “Y” strainer (59.705) ahead of an external drain. By trapping large debris and sludge, this will prevent costly malfunctions and extend the life of the automatic drain.
• Air receivers
• Separators
• Drop legs
• Filters
• Any water-collection receptacle in a compressed air system
