• Maximum Working Pressure: 120 PSI
• Working Temperature: -40 to 65 °C
• Connection: 1/4 (F) NPT
• Maximum Output Thrust: 2 lbf
• Noise Level: 107 dB
• Air Consumption: 34 SCFM
• With 60 cm (24") tube
Material(s):
• Body: Cast Aluminum
• Nozzle: Aluminum alloy, brass or steel
• Tube: Durable cast Aluminum or steel
• Valve: Brass
• Springs: Steel
• Seals: Nitrile rubber
• Designed to move a large volume of debris through the VENTURI type nozzle that increases the available air thrust
• Long tubes to clean hard-to-reach areas
• Steel nozzle and tube available for lengths of 30, 90 and 120 cm
• If tip is blocked, static pressure will remain at less than 30 PSI to meet OSHA and other Health and Safety Agencies' standards
• Magnetic hook for storage available
HOW IT WORKS: VENTURI NOZZLE
Airflow speeds up as it passes through the nozzle, drawing in ambient air through two side ports. The increased velocity and increased volume of air exiting the nozzle amplify thrust
Should the tip of the nozzle be blocked, the entire airflow would be diverted through the slots so the static pressure remains under 30 PSI (meets OSHA standards)
• Users should never use blow guns to clean themselves
• A vacuum or a safety cleaning unit should be used instead
• Blow guns with long tubes for hard-to-reach areas: for blowing floor debris, cleaning masonry forms, tanks, ovens, large molds, machinery and storage areas
