• Port Size: 3/8 (F) NPT
• Ambient/Media Temperature: Standard Bowl: 4 to 52°C
• Inlet Pressure: Standard Bowl with Manual Drain: 0-150 PSI
• Outlet Pressure: Adjustable up to 100 PSI
• Filtration: (F) 5 micron
• Filtration: (Fc) 0.01 micron
• Drain: Manual
• Bowl Capacity: 151 ml
• Standard Bowl: Polycarbonate with nylon shatterguard
• Seals: Nitrile
• Designed to remove particulate material to 5 micron from the airstream to protect downstream equipment
• Filter with superior removal of free water up to 98% efficiency
• Coalesing-filter designed to remove particulate material 99.98% of free oils and solid contaminants 0.01 micron and larger
• Coalesing-filter with differential pressure gauge to indicate when coalescing filter element needs changing
• Superior pressure regulation — diaphragm type regulator
• Self relieving design
• Push-pull adjusting knob
WHERE TO INSTALL A FILTER
Install the filter as far as possible from the compressor to allow the compressed air to cool and water vapors to condense. Removal of water in liquid form is more effective than removing water which is vapor form.
Install the filter closest to the tool and before the lubricator and regulator.
Always install the filter with the arrows pointing to the tool or application.
WHERE TO INSTALL A REGULATOR
Install the regulator on each pipe where applications and air tools requires different working pressure.
Always install the regulator downstream of a filter and upstream of a lubricator.
Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
Always install regulator with the arrows pointing to the tool or application.
